Im not sure I understand this text right... is this a RS500 car or just the engine?

Sierra Cosworth EZ: 12/86. SD, 1-Hand, check book, original km! !! The vehicle stood since 1993 in a private collection and is nearly new, against surcharge of 1000. -? there is still another Original"RS 500" Motorblock and 1-Satz original rims.
