the mounts that go on the doors on a mk4 escort? the ones that screw the door card to the door and are at 90 degrees to the face of the door?

mine are a bit fooked after people using the wrong sized screws and wanna replace them before i fit my new door builds as im losing one mounting screw cos of the shape of them
