itsmeagain, your are quite correct... what i meant is a turbo will keep going until its only restriction is the amount of air it will flow (depending on its size)

The fact still remains that more initial power is needed to drive a supercharger making them less efficient.

as for power delivery, its down to personal taste... i much prefer the kick that a turbo gives and you get used to driving it in the power band if you need the power straight away.
