I've got a Ford Mondeo Mk.1 1995 model.

Recently, I've had the pump changed. It leaked a little bit after that, probably 100-200ml of coolant per week.

I had a coolant pipe that was slightly leaking (but was patched with rubber in the intermin), so at great expense I had that changed for a new pipe and new radiator put in at the same time. Basically, the entire cooling system is new.

I still have the 100-200ml of coolant leaking per week.

Strange - 1st week I got the car back, it didn't leak at all. But week 2 it's leaked that wee bit.

Leak location - if you had the bonnet open and were looking inside the engine, the leak patch on the ground appears to be coming from somewhere on the left side of the engine bay, the first 1/3 of the engine bay to be precise.

It's driving me bonkers 'cos I've just spent 1K on a car that's worth 200 quid!!!


Any ideas??!?!
