thats a pretty dangerous piece of advice, just put a spanner on the bolt and tap it with a hammer making sure the car is in gear.
the day befor you do the job lag the bottem pully crankshaft bolt with wd40 getting the bolt out is fine the pully does have a tendancey of sticking onto the shaft.
