could be they are archived to a specified location such as a folder somewhere she has/had on her drive or in her my documents, do a search like Craig says,
however is your pc set up to log on different users? as it could be that she needs to log on as herself or you may need admin rights etc.

Open up outlook and look at the properties for the archived or personal folders and it should tell you the correct path.
