Hi, wonder if anyone can help.

Have a 2wd cossie sapphire. Woke up one morning and the turbo refuses to spin. I blame the cold weather myself, its hanging around freezing at the mo!

What are the general steps for diagnosing this problem, I dont have access to any manuals at the moment.
