In XP or Win2k you should have the files in
C:\Documents and Settings\PC USER NAME\Local Settings\Application Data
C:\Documents and Settings\PC USER NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

cant remember which but summit like that, you will need to go to folder options and show hidden files to see the folders tho
