There's not much lower than selling unsafe cars to people. When you do that you play with people's lives.... and not just the driver's.

i agree with what you say above but how do you know that a 'cat b' car is unsafe?
We have a Rover 75 at work that was categorised as a 'b', i have put up a pic below. It has n.s.f. door, sill & a lower a pillar damage and is now repaired and awaiting paint. It will be safe and i guarantee that you would not be able to tell the difference between this one and any other non damaged one, other than the price!
