If you try claiming that then you could end up in a bigger pile of poo than what your in at the moment.

You'd have to look at whether the car had L plates displayed on it at the time, whether she was insured and if she is do you have 2 years driving experience to be able to sit in with her.

If the answer to any of the above is NO then don't even try and claim it was her driving.

Best way would be to state that the lights showed GREEN and ask them to verify this on the image (preferably sending you a copy to help identify the driver). The image will show the traffic signals, the white line and also your vehicle.
