me and my mates went out in 3 cars, we was driving around and we came to a set of traffic lights, my mates went passed it well they did not get flashed i went passed on the green and got flashed, so i got a letter through my door saying that i have been caught jumping light, i would like to know if it is possible to say that my girlfriend was the driver of the vehicle at the time, but my girlfriend does not have a full licence she has a provisional.

does anyone know if i would get away with it.
