i dialed a wrong number the other night...

tried ringing a taxi firm when i was in an area I didnt know... someone gave me a number and it was a digit out...

guy answered and I apologised I must of got the wrong number said sorry put phone down...

few minutes later my phone goes and a guy shouting at me for dialing his house phone... i said look im really sorry I dialled the wrong number.... but he kept on saying my house phone ffs you rang my house phone at 11:30 etc... I was like.... jeez mate im sorry if I knew your mobile I woulda dialed that by mistake instead eh? I dialled the wrong number I've apologised whats done is done what the hell would you like me to do about it now?... kinda got a ummmh ok sorry.

I know it was my mistake but he rang back to have a pop!

phones are funny things! my ex works landline was the same as the bank in the next town if you forgot to put the other area code in.. had quite a few people jump straight in begging me to allow them to defer payments.... and im like whoa whoa enough already youve got the wrong number!!
