Cometic rocker gasket is about £31, 2 x half moon seals are about 3 quid each
Cam shaft seals and the little o-rings around the front cam bearing carriers are only a few quid each
Gates cambelt is about £32 from memory

IIRC you can get a set of new lifters for just around £100 as well, can't remember where from tho
