youre right it is.....ive just done the check and it seems to be open cicuit.cant see any fault in the wiring but it is all brittle so ill call it a day for tonight and start again tomorrow but ive just spoke to a mate who has had a coolant sensor fault in the past which filled up his cyliders with fuel,thanks ian
