right m8 , heres what to do ,

i would put a bet on that the system on your car is made by 'delphi' who are a masive company that have bought out all the smaller diesel part manufacturers , what happens is the case hardening breaks down on the high pressure diesel pump , te pump is usually a twin rotory vane pump ( increases presuure at the rail to approx 25000psi !! - so dont mess with it ) . it the forces all the very small slitheres of case hardened steel ( or not case hardened ) through the whole system basically fooking everything. ford do not pay for the warranty of the faults , its delphi who cough up the money , ive experianced this a few times with other manufacturers who ive worked for , some times the cars get taken straight to a recoomended approved dephi main agent , at the best of times for are a shite company to deal with , so as above speak to their customer care , then speak to delphi direct about it and they should resolve this matter for you , its got fook all to do with the diesel quality m8

if you have any problems finding a delphi agent ( used to be bosch/zexel/lucas etc etc ) let me know and ill try and find a world wide directory m8 !!
