u say a collins chip... what map sensor and injecotrs is the chip designed for,
the chip doesnt know WHAT u have connected to the ecu, so if the chip is programmed to open the injecotrs for 1ms each at idle ( say std dark blues) and u have much bigger injectors in there ( light blues) that the chuip has been written for(possibly stg 1?), then it will put much more fuel in there than its supposed to, similarly with the map sensor, is the chip is expecting 0-5vdc from a 3 bar map sensor and at full range (ie 2 bar gauge) its fuellnig at full capacity, but in fact you have the wrong sensor , a std 2 bar item (and its giving the same 5vdc but at only 1 bar gauge) again it will cause massive overfuelling.
u need to speak to collins and check exactly what the chip has been mapped for
