Unfortenatly, my dealer (the boss itself) is the greatest guy there is and it's entirely NOT his fault at all. He's the one that gets my Cossie MOT'd every year and that surely isn't a nice job to do over here in Belgium.

But how can I record a phone conversation where you can here both sides? I only have my Nokia 6310 to call with.

I also find it an admission of their own faults because I would not pay if I knew that something was good. Bad thing is that the car is out of warranty for about 6months now.
