black wire goes to ignition live this is found either on the inner wing on nova or on bulk head if it a gsi/gte on the loom plug


green is tachometer
blue is temperature
thick red wire goes to ecu constant live take this from battery
on the XE loom u should have red/blue wire this is fuel pump live this need to either go ya ignition via a relay or if it's a gsi/gte nova is on the bulk head loom plug matching the same colour hope this helps all the brown wire are earths make sure u have the earth attached from the gearbox the to body (passenger side) and sometimes also from the back of the block to the battery
