Firstly call fords customer care line etc and RECORD all the calls . Point out the issues and ask them what they are going to do etc

Then call your countrys trading stds etc and motoring press

Then tell them due to a trip to the uk you are going to hire a car and charge it back to them also

Then do what my brother in law did and park the broken down vehicle across the main entrance of the dealer etc where you brought it from until they sort it out

My brother in law parked his car right in front of the dealers doors on there own forecourt police werent bothered as no motoring offence had occured

Then my Bro in law told every potentail customer in the place what had happened to his motor etc and kept doing so until the dealer sorted it free of charge which they did . He only had to park there for about 2 hours
