Looks like someone's been stung, i've had RS turbo's since 93,
and seen some dog's IF YOU KNOW what to look for, the photos
if clearer would say more but by them it does look rough, every body
has their own std of a good car condition, if you know what your looking at then its easy to give a opinion, and the value is in the shell, you can always replace the mechanicals easier and cheaper than the body.
let this be a lesson to you, Mine i've just restored and some would of
scrapped it, while others would of thought good condition that,
each to there own trade.
