Just to complicate things a little; I accepted a payment from someone some time ago by Paypal, he was a verified user, had good feedback and seemed OK. About 4 weeks after I received the payment Paypal decided to reverse the transaction. Paypal wasn't interested in providing any assistance - total wankers. Because the little twat lived so far away I ended up taking him to court to recover the money (the 70 odd quid involved ended up costing him about £250!)

It was this that stopped me from accepting Paypal.

IMO, I really wouldn't post the phone until the money is in your bank account, if it's something you state in your auction it's hardly your fault the dumb fook can't read.
