thanks guys thats the sort of stuff i was after

im not sure it has gone yet as there is no other sign except a few bubbles in the header tank and its running hot

thermo has been changed and its still getting hot but not right into the red yet

any other ideas ??

also what is the torque settings for the head bolts ??
