I think if an employer is saying one more day off sick it means they have probably had a deal of time of already

Employers generally understand illness and sickness when genuine as "MOST" illness last more than a day and tends not to follow trends

Unlike

Lazy "sickies" which are most often one to two days and Mondays Fridays are most common
