To be fair, although an impact ratchet "Can" work, he will still need a locking device or method to put it back on to 200NM if its done out of the car.
I always do the final tightening in the car TBH
Thanksfully i dont, as that would mean i had to fit em all as well as build em.. fook that.
I just leave it undone and put a postit note on the cam cover saying "remember to torque bottom pulley after fitting" to remind myself.
Are you saying you wouldnt trust your customers to do that properly?
