21psi and a stage three turbo, dirty big pipercross sponge filter (not cone) and it is loud (as ive alredy said, not quite as loud as efi)
It's not going to sound anything like efi, cossie, chatter, end of.
I had roughly the same kind of spec, but 24psi held boost, it was nothing like proper chatter. Here is a video clip taken by Adam BlackRS, many moons ago...

You need to go to an EFi management system to get proper chatter, end of.
