I understand that the one and fourth cylinders is poor in air. Perhaps to reduce the charge in Elbow and to reduce the cost, two aluminum tabs could be welded in the oblong part of the end of the duct in order to encourage the replenishment of the cylinders 1 and 4. With an dremel, the tab on the elbow will be supressed.

are you sure that 1 and 4 get less airflow than 2 and 3? how do you know this?
even if they do, is that a big problem? obviously with the weber management you can't trim the individual fuel injectors to give ideal air/fuel ratio, but you could careful select a set of injectors that all balance. but i can't see the need on a road car, why not just run a little richer on those that less airflow, to make sure that those that get more are safe?
