thats wrong there lee, any cycle with a wheel size LOWER than 20ins wheels IS allowed on the pavement and IS NOT allowed on the road, cause its classed as a kids bike and for a age range of under 6years of age

it did used to be 20ins wheels and below but some people discovered that BMX's are actually 20ins wheel in diamiter


now before ANYONE claims otherwise this was looked into when i got done for playing with my bmx on the pavement out side my old cycle shop by a tosser who gave me a 20 quid fine, the LCC actually backed me that time

they never on me getting done for a red light,,,,,,,,, i was stupid enough to stop i supose when the beat walker tosser only held his hand out as bikes dont have reg plates
