Matt, I'm sure it isn't

My point was that cut back on the turbine blades isn't there to reduce lag.....my original reply was a quick reply and maybe too cryptic....I also think you're probably correct about the back pressure too (overspeeding the turbo will I think increase back pressure?), but my memory is sh!te at the moment.
