lol thats bollox mate sorry.

most important thing is your diet, make sure you are eating regular meals of a nutritous content!! dont skip breakie, or any meal for that matter and then once thats sorted start moderate exercisin.
you dont have to go mad, once your diet is in check the small amount of exercise will kick start the weight loss and it will come of quicker than you would think!
