In my previous job I was on a commision based wage which was shoddy. I was told if I sign people up to a scheme they were offering I would receive commision which works out at about £50!
I went and signed a mate up at RSG Bodystyling and it has no all been processed and they are on the scheme which means I would be entitled to commision.
As I have now left the company (I was told I would get anything owed when I left) I found out they are on the scheme and left it a week and sent them an email saying
>Hi Kelly,
>
>As requested I am just trying to find out about the commision from me
>signing up RSG Bodystyling for ADSL.

>Thanks

Then I get this reply
>Dear Nick,

>I have managed to look into your query and can confirm that you are not
>eligible for commission on RSG Bodystyling.

They are doing everything they can to get out of it but to me I did the work of signing them up, selling the scheme to them and I should still be entitled to the money even though I dont work there any more.
I had signed no contract when I worked there which I guess is a problem but is there anything I cando about this? I can get my mate to go to the company running the scheme and do something.
At the end ofthe day it is only £50 but it is near christmas and any money is welcome!
What can I do?
