Kim, you may have your bluetooth on but it doesn't mean it's visible. Go to your connectivity and check thru the various settings, not just bluetooth on or off but visibilty and check the security settings if your phone has them listed.

Also you may need to pair your devices. If the phone can find the PC try pairing with it rather than just sending to it (if that's all you've tried).
