Weight wise isn't a problem as im only 11 1/2stone (5 foot 9), its just me belly and me face

Admittedly, im nearly 6 foot 4, but im erm............ 17.5 stone, but not fat mind
I dont eat breakfast, which i think is where im goin wrong, so now i've joined a gym (when the legs better) probably end up havin a heart attack on the treadmill
