i dont see the point in having a t4 and not getting some benefit.
ive had a 350 bhp 3 door and a 400+bhp sapph and would be happy with something along those lines (for now!!!!!)

Assuming the car is currently standard then if you were to go greys/L8 then you would only need a 3 bar map sensor, -31, pf09 tps + a minor wiring mod to the tps and of course a decent map/chip!
To go down the 8 injector route you would need the above plus an 8 injector Pectel/Collins baby board fitted to the ecu and of course 8 injectors.
Personaly i wouldn't bother with the 8 injector idea as it would be more costly than similar gains using more up to date methods using 4 injectors!
If the engine is standard the 1st thing i would do is put a decent head gasket on it and make sure everything is as it should be internaly before going too mad as regards power.
