i know i have already asked this question once but now im ready to start collecting bits for whatever chioce of upgrade i decide to go for.

what im asking is what extra bits i need for certain upgrades and what upgrade is reccomended.
4 greys with l8 seemed to be popular last time i asked but is that all i would need,plus the obvious setting up.
also what about 8 green injectors which i saw on one last week.

what sort of engine work is reccomended for any upgrades on an rs500 or are they strong already?

i dont want to go stupid with it(famous last words),but what upgrades make what power.
i dont see the point in having a t4 and not getting some benefit.
ive had a 350 bhp 3 door and a 400+bhp sapph and would be happy with something along those lines (for now!!!!!)
