Aint actually got central heating so aint sure, but wouldve thought you have a set point for your hot water about 50-70 degrees but seeing as you have a Beccy (woman) would guess it would be on the higher side lol
The temp of the rads would be controlled by a room thermostat I would think,that you would just set to a point that you feel comfortably warm at, or ref my first point where Beccy feels warm and you are roasting
dont know what other actual boiler settings you mean in that case
