plus,they could buy it in bulk up until 11pm before now anyway,not a problem,doesnt mean they can buy anymore,just at different times! i think that people need to learn what "binge drinking" actually means! its not drinking every night till early hours getting pissed,that would be alcoholism,to binge on something is when you DONT do it very often,then when you do,you do it heavily! so god knows how you would stop someone doing that! i think its called most of us not drinking in the week when we are working then using our bloody own god given freedom (as supplied by many men far better than tony blair in ww1 and 2) to decide that we wish to let our hair down on a weekend!
