rebuilt 2wd head,
32k mile cams used, new cam seals fresh line bore,
new tappets, new bronze guides, new oil seals,
decoked, pressure tested slight skim, valves cut back and reseated.
new exhaust manifold and inlet manifold studs

inlet manifold polished and refitted with cometic gasket.

205 block rebuilt using new mahle 0.5 oversize pistons,
new rings and pins, new water pump,
conrods used from a 32k mile engine,
new upper/lower bearings, new main bearings,
crank lightened and balanced, new high pressure oil pump,
big wing gaitored sump, new core plugs,
flywheel skimmed also lightened and balanced,
new ap 6 paddle clutch ( only covered 700 miles ).

cometics thicker multi layer head gasket. and all cometics gaskets used elsewhere, new servicable parts, i.e dizzy, rotor, pp8 plugs etc
brand new sensors all round, every one of them is new. New fuel regulator.
engine has only covered approx 3k miles and is sweet as can be.

EXTRAS: running stage 3 conversion, shall include L6 ecu, stage 3 chip, 3 bar map sensor, 803 green injectors, 909 leads.

no turbo or turbo manifold. Alternator, p/s pump etc still bolted on, also starter motor ( both starter and alternator are fully rconditioned )
