Get the flywheel surface ground, check that the rear main oil seal is not leaking (if so, replace) then fit a new full clutch kit.

I opted for the 6 paddle Alcon clutch which gives near standard pedal feel and a progressive bite. I was offered another option which was about £600 which was a twin plate clutch! I decided to see how well the paddle performs!!!
