If i get a tv card for the pc with a s-video in, does that mean i can copy the stuuff off the sky+ box via the s-video out then?

I think I'll ditch the scart in that case as it's only composite I think
SCART can carry RGB which is better than s-video, so, if your DVD recorder or whatever you have connected to it supports RGB input, stick to SCART. Might be worth checking your DVD and SKY menus
