I don't know much about George Best, just what you read in the papers and stuff, and generally the papers portray a bad imagine of people. He was a human being at the end of the day. He made mistakes by the sound of it but none of us are prefect
Alcoholism is a dreadfull addiction, to be an alcoholic you must be a very unhappy screwed up person inside to begin drinking in the first place. We shouldn't really judge someone when we are not in possesion of all the facts. It's pretty harsh for us to say "he wasted his chances" and shut the door on him. As it was HIS life and HIS choices.
Just like alot of you smoke....and drive your cars dangerously..you know it could kill you..but you still do it. As it's YOUR choice
Shallow people judge from first impressions and what they read in the paper. Did any of you that are slating him, actually know him on a personal level?..........Thought not
