Hello mate.
Mine is a daily driver, and its got a lot more than 240hp lol. My theory on these cars, and any car to be honest - is that the more they are used, the more reliable it is. You tend to sort out any little problems with it. The cars that only get driven at weekends, tend to get worked on a lot too, and nothing ever settles. If u have a daily car, then ur more concerned about the state of the bushes, the wiring, the cooling system rather than how fast it is.
Cars that arent used a lot, break - its a fact of life. Things get seized up, condensation gets in, suspensin arms bind - the list goes on. Mine has been 100% spot on, apart from the summer just gone. That is becasue i fitted a totally custom turbo and intercooler. These items were not well thought out for a road car as they came, causing all sorts of problems. I'm now pretty confident that i have engineered some reliability in, and the last few months has again been trouble free. The car is booked on a crossing to Nurburgring in April, which qill be a real test - but as things stand, i'm very confident.
