i would trust my car to drive that far, i have already driven to germany in mine once and that was 900 miles, you should be fine as long as shes been running ok you have no reason to be worried.....................also , be prepared to be blown away by some of the german motors if your over that way, in fact if i was you id look into the driving habbits of the krouts quite well......
