Making the sump fit is going to be a bitch though i should imagine!
Sump is going to be a real problem
The Rover block extends 2.25 inches below the crank centre line and the Ford block splits at the crank centre, meaning I have to machine some material from the block just to clear the front diff. I need to make a MT75 to Rover adaptor plate and a one off flywheel to fit the Rover crank and take the 2.9 V6 ring gear. I am a stuborn git and in the end it will all go together (i hope)
