NEVER! the ride height of the ST is quite high and i would be worried if it touched the arches for any reason. Sounds like you got a bent front arm or a duff shock or broken front spring. Get it in and get it sorted asap
I do find mine pulls alittle left or right if the road is uneven, but thats the width of the tyres that causes that.
