Could just edit the country name and that text would work great for Sweden too.

Some politicians over here actually put up a suggestion that immigrants would have to sign a contract saying they cant use the Swedish wellfare system until they have worked here for some years and in that way proving they are here to work and not just use our countrys wellfare.
