Is there any favoured set up, i have read the set up on Jap 200SX s as having 8/9/10Kg springs on the car, how would that translate in lbs over here, they dont have body roll so would it be something silly like 500-800lb springs on the rear??

Would i be better off with a plate type or ATB, i was thinking the ATB type for minimal slip? And does anyone do a steer rack with more lock on it as I have been on the limit of mine and want about 1/2 turn more as the arse isnt far enough out
