So, who knows whats what with this then??

Its for a Bathroom. We have a Towel Radiator in there, but we are going to Tile the floor. We only want heating to take the chill off the tiles, not as a sole heat source.

It is a Timber Suspended floor and will probably be Slate Tiled.

Any help appreciated.
