A 1.8 16v zetec engine and gearbox for a grand sum of £100

Now then, do i use the zetec box do they fit and are they any better? Obviously no lsd!!! Thing is my box in the car at the moment does need a rebuild, so either so do that or go with the zetec one..

Also the engine has only 70k. Im looking to get all the work done to the engine in a month or so ie pistons,block so on, also gonna get the head worked...
