No, that's a common myth. The deisel box is no stronger, has no LSD so all you get is one wheel spinning up so its shite. The box is supposed to have a slightly longer gear ratio but nothing more, so in other words dont bother, you can get a good lsd box for £150 odd. But seeing as he seems to run a half decent spec I should imagine a standard box wont last
