PMSL at the excuses

" Ok so my cars a 5.7 0-60 Full of people, low on fuel and the turbo seemed really laggy, no where near as sharp as normal!

Does low fuel reduce the turbo ? does the ECU control the amount of fuel, ie cuts powers to save fuel ?"

Does the ECU control the amount of fuel if you're low on petrol
